Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charge in the Shopping cart

The shopping cart shows the estimated shipping via regular mail to an Australian address.
Shoppers will need to manually pick the correct shipping option when checking out.
The shopping cart does not reflect free shipping rates automatically (where applicable).

Shipping Options

Please choose the shipping option relevant to your order, your location and your needs.

Free shipping is only valid for local pick up and for orders above $200 (regular shipping only).
Items marked 'free shipping' in the description are also eligible for free shipping.

If free shipping is chosen when shipping should be due, your order will ship after the correct postage has been received.

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped using Australia Post services by default. If you prefer delivery by Courier services, or require registered post, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as it progresses from our hands into the postal system (for express or registered mail, or by courier only).

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Delivery within Australia:

 

  • Regular - 7-14 days (2-4 days within WA)
    • $6.00 up to 500g (500g flat rate satchel);
    • $9.70 up to 3kg (3kg flat rate satchel);
    • $20 up to 5kg (upgrade to 5kg express satchel if items fit)
    • FREE regular post for orders of $200 and over

 

  • Express - 3-7 days (1-3 days within WA)
    • $8.80 up to 500g (500g prepaid satchel);
    • $12.00 up to 3kg (3kg prepaid satchel);
    • $20 up to 5kg (5kg prepaid satchel)
    Express post surcharge for orders above $200
  • $2.00 up to 500g (500g prepaid satchel);
  • $2.50 up to 3kg (3kg prepaid satchel);

The shopping cart has now been configured for international postage by Australia Post for orders below $200.

Returns

Unwashed and unworn nappies may be returned within 7 days for exchange for the correct size or refund (excluding postage).

 

If you have any other problems at all, please contact us to resolve the issue.

 

Faulty goods (ecoBumba and Bubba J only) will be repaired, replaced or refunded (depending on the nature of the fault) for up to 3 months from date of purchase. Again, please check with us and contact us to confirm that this is the case. If items haven't been cared for following the recommended instrructions they will not be covered by this guarantee.

Product Warranties

Faulty goods from retail brands (excluding Bubba J and ecoBumba) may have varying warranty periods between 3 months to 12 months.
Generally these faults are handled directly by the manufacturer except to The Diaper Sprayer (handled by Bean Sprout Bubba).
