Shipping and Delivery

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using Australia Post services by default. If you prefer delivery by Courier services, or require registered post, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as it progresses from our hands into the postal system.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Delivery within Australia:

Regular
- $5.70 up to 500g (prepaid satchel);
- $9.90 up to 3kg (prepaid satchel);
- $18.50 up to 5kg;
- FREE $155 and over

Express
- $8.50 up to 500g (prepaid satchel);
- $12.00 up to 3kg (prepaid satchel);
- $22.80 over 3kg

Returns

Unwashed and unworn nappies may be returned within 7 days for exchange for the correct size or refund (excluding postage).

If you have any other problems at all, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded (depending on the nature of the fault) for up to 3 months from date of purchase. Again, please check with us and contact us to confirm that this is the case. If items haven't been cared for following the recommended instrructions they will not be covered by this guarantee.
