Hemp fleece is 55% hemp/45% cotton and a natural unbleached colour. Hemp holds on to moisture very well but absorption speed is a little slow. Hence teaming hemp with microfibre is the best combination.

Choose between approx 30x33cm trifold or approx 11x95cm long insert, made out of two layers of durable and absorbant hemp fleece. Snaps can also be added (long insert only).

The measurements are approximate, with both types of inserts designed to fit most sized and one size pocket nappies.

Usually trifolds are easier to use as pocket stuffers than long inserts. However, the long insert is more flexible: you can fold it to place absorbancy where it is most needed.

Inserts can also be used as extra boosting for fitted nappies that require a cover.

So choose either style according to your needs.
